Okonomiyaki's recipe

We are going to show you how to make Hiroshima style Okonomiyaki. This recipe is for four people. You are going to need the following ingredients. Water, weet sake whish is made from rice, wheat flour, pork ribs, Chinese noodle, shredded cabbages, chopped long green onions, bean sprouts, powdered kelps, dried bonito, eggs, green seaweed, sauce, shrimps, slice cheese and vegetable oil.
You also need the following utensils. A bawl, a kitchen knife, a hotplate, a cutting board, a pair of big spatula, a woodwn spoon and 4 plates.
Now, we are going to explain the cooking steps. There are 4 steps in thie recipe. First step is Preparing ingredients for the dough. second step is Making the dough. Third step is preparing the other ingredients. Final step is making Okonomiyaki.
We are going to explain first step. Preparing inredients for the dough. You need to prepare water 140 cc, sweet sake 40cc and wheat flour 200g.
Now, we are going to explain secong step, Making the dough. You need to prepare a bowl and a wooden spoon. First put wheat flour, next, sweet sake and water in the bowl little by little. You mix them slowly with a wooden spoon for 7 minutes.
Now, we are going to explain third step, preparing the other ingredients. You need to prepare pork ribs 160g, 4 balls of chinese noodle, shredded cabbages 520g, shopped long green onions. bean sprouts 120g, powdered kelps 4g, dried bonito 8g, 4 eggs, a little of dried green seaweed, sauce 280g, 4 slices of cheese, shrimps 20g and alittle of vegetable oil.
Now, we are going to explain final step, making Okonomiyaki. First, youturn the hot plate, and it set medium temperature. You pour a little of vegetable oil, and pour the dough as spread it thin on the hot plate. Next, sprinkle powdered kelps or dried bonito, and then out shredded cabbages, and put shopped long green onions on it. Next, put bean sprouts and line up 3 slices of pork ribs, and you cover with the dough again. Overturn them with a pair of big spatula. egin to saute a ball of chinese noodle near it for 3 minutes and season it by sauce and dried bonito.
Spread it like a circle and put Okonomiyaki on it. Push them with a spatura. And then, you break an egg and put Okonomiyaki on it.
Again, you overturn them slowly.
Finaly, pour sauce and shopped long green onions or some green seaweed. Also, you can put a slices cheese and shirnps as atopping. Then, you repeat these steps three times. After turn off the hot plate, you put them each plate. That's all.
